How to allocate staff or vehicles to events

To Assign a staff member or vehicle to events. you must first have set these up in system preferencesScreen_Shot_2017-11-13_at_11.37.29_AM.png

These fields will then be updatable in the route schedule manager, or the thread schedule manager. This is then allocating that staff member to that event. Please note: It is also a setting in your system preferences to allow double booking or not. If this is set to prevent you will need to unset the driver in order to re allocate them to another event.

Once a driver or vehicle is assigned to an event this will then appear in their calendar or "roster" so they know when they are required to work.
