Prevent emails going to spam

OperatorHub sends emails to customers on behalf of the business. In order to get these through to customers effectively, OperatorHub needs to be added as a safe sender in the domains SPF record.

A Domain Administrator can update the record using the information in OperatorHub.

Go to the System Preferences under the Setup tab and find the system email setup

OperatorHub checks the current record based on the from email address and will provide a new recommended record for you to add.

Similarly OperatorHub can check DKIM setup and provide you with the OperatorHub DKIM key

It is important to ensure that these are setup correctly so that emails are sent and received as efficiently as possible.

Once the records have been updated. The system email setup will reflect these changes and display
