How to setup a Vehicle

  1. Click Operations
  2. Choose Vehicle Setup this will display all your current vehicles
  3. You are able to create Bus, Airplane or helicopter 
  4. Select create new vehicle type in the menu or in the top right

  1. Code or Nickname of the vehicle - this can be added to the manifest to help identify
  2. Capacity - how many people it can hold
  3. Make
  4. Model
  5. Registration
  6. Active - when this vehicle is no longer used you can make it inactive. this will remove it from selections
  7. Email - you can assign a specific email address to the vehicle. This email can then be used in scheduled emails
  8. Required Attributes - limit to only certain staff to be able to be assigned to this vehicle (certain licences)
  9. In Service 

We then have aircraft types, airplanes or helicopters

  1. Title - Name of the aircraft
  2. Type - Choose the type of aircraft
  3. Capacity - how many people it can hold
  4. Registration

  9. longitudinal Moment

  11. longitudinal COG

  13. Maximum Take off Weight
  14. Maximum Landing weight
  15. Units - US, Imperial or Metric
  16. Default fuel units. e.g litres
  17. Fuel Type
  18. Fuel Burn
  19. Reserve Fuel
  20. Add Vehicle

Once you have created your vehicles you can then add load positions to busses. You can add Aircraft Pick up locations, Fuel Tanks, Stations and a visual configuration for aircraft.
