- The existing booking is stated at the top as a point of reference
- Quantity - please note you cannot change the quantity
- Product - you can change the product to something else. If there is a price difference the order will show as unpaid or in credit once you save.
- Date - change the departure date (this will re-search availability)
- Type: Change the Variation, eg. adult, child, student, etc.
- Depending on the product you can then change the time, pick up locations and any fields required by the product.
- Update the booking to pull your changes through to the order
How to edit the product
Once you have made a booking, you still have the option to edit and change things round. The customer may want to change dates or times, pickup locations or even choose to change the product completely.
- Open up the order you want to edit
- push the edit this item button. (the edit icon next to the order item)
