How to edit the agency and agent details

You may have selected the wrong agent when you made the booking. It is super easy to change the agency up until the order has been invoiced. Once it has been invoiced for you will need to release it before you can edit anything so you may need to contact your administrator.

1. Open up the order you wish to edit
2. Click the blue edit button in the Sold by section on your order

1. Agency - you can free type the agency name and select.
2. you can edit or add the agent reference number
3. you can edit or add the agents name.
4. Save changes

This will automatically update your booking to be sold by that agency. (including changing any commissions and nett rates)
